We God This™ is for anyone who has ever found themselves in a place they never expected to be.
We know what it is like to walk through seasons we would never have chosen. To face uncertainty, loss, fear, and moments when the way forward was difficult to see.
But we also know what it is like to look back
and realize that God was there through all of it.
He carried us when we were tired.
He guided us when we couldn't see the way.
He brought hope into places that once felt hopeless.
And He reminded us that even the hardest parts of our story did not have to be wasted.
In the midst of some of the most challenging seasons of our lives, God brought us together. We were each carrying pieces of stories we never would have written for ourselves, learning how to trust again, how to hope again, and how to believe that something beautiful could still come after something painful.
Looking back, we can see His hand in places we could not always see it at the time. He was not only carrying each of us through our own difficult roads — He was leading those roads toward one another.
And together, we began to see that the things we had survived could become something more than painful chapters behind us. God could use them to help us recognize the hurting, sit beside the struggling, encourage the weary, and remind someone else that their story is not over.
We felt called to take what we had learned in those difficult places — the faith we found, the grace we received, and the hope that carried us — and use it to walk alongside others who may be finding themselves in those places now.
That calling became part of the heart behind We God This™.
So this is for you.
For the person grieving. For the person afraid.
For the person waiting. For the person wondering where God is.
For the person simply trying to make it through today.
And for those simply wanting to be closer to God.
We may not know your story.
But we know the God who met us in ours.
And if something He taught us along the way can help you hold onto faith for one more day, find hope in a difficult season, or simply remember that you are not walking through this alone, then even the hardest chapters of our own journey have been given greater purpose.
With love and faith,
Michael & Julie
